Sharepoint in Microsoft 365

This tool is a cloud-based service, hosted by Microsoft, for businesses of all sizes. Instead of installing and deploying SharePoint Server on-premises, any business can subscribe to a Microsoft 365 plan or to the standalone SharePoint Online service. The employees can create sites to share documents and information with colleagues, partners, and customers.

Organizations use Microsoft SharePoint to create websites. It can be used as a secure place to store, organize, share, and access information from any device. All you need is a web browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Chrome, or Firefox.

Yammer

Yammer is a social network for businesses built into the enterprise editions of Microsoft 365. It’s like a closed version of facebook or instagram that allows coworkers to stay in touch and work in projects.

It can also offer a global vision of the organization since all the members are mixed together and are allowed to post about every topic that involves the organization.

Basecamp

This tool is an online collaboration app that lets people manage their work together and communicate with one another. You use it to keep track of all the tasks, deadlines, files, discussions, and announcements that happen around work.

It’s defined as a better way to work by it’s creators, they say “Teams that switch to Basecamp are more productive and better organized. They communicate better and require fewer meetings. And they’re far more efficient than before”. So it seems to work pretty well.
